You will now be taken to a page which says: welcome to lithium where freelancers and employers can work on higher using digital currencies . you have two options right there. it's going to say, I want to hire I want to/work for us. we want to work so go ahead and click on I want to work.
The next step is to upload a profile picture and click on next. it's going to take you to the next part which is a very very important part in the sign up process, because that part is going to determine if you're going to get the job.
This I where you write a little note about yourself. so you will have to actually write something that's very very creative and short. something like: "my name is ...... and I have over five years of experience with over five different languages as I am a student of international relations and the course taught me to speak fluently five different languages and over the years, I have used my skills to do translations for clients and I guarantee you that I will get your job done with a hundred percent test faction rate is. simple and once you're done with that click on next right there, it will take you to a new page where you will select five different popular languages because the more popular the language the higher chances of you getting jobs. Then you scroll down and any where it say beginner you will have to change all to expert.
Click on next and then here you're going to set your hourly rate you can put in 30 u.s dollars and click on next. Now the next page will be where you will be asked to upload your portfolio but first
What is portfolio:
So let's just say it's supposed to be like where people are gonna come to see your work and stuff like that,
Once it's done it's going to say portfolio success. so go ahead and click on finish. when you click on finish click on boost my profile and when you click on boost my profile.
what you're going to try to do is now that you're going to try to give them more information because the more the information you give them the more they're going to trust you and the more they trust you the more work they're going to give you. so you're going to have to fill out all those things right there. so it's going to ask you questions like where do you live, so go ahead answer all the questions.
In the section the will ask your employment status, I will recommend you to put employed part-time, because it you put fulltime the will be giving less jobs. keep on boosting your profile by answering more questions.
You can also leave the busting process and click on start earning now, but I recommend you to keep boosting your profile.
The next page that will come up to you is where it says "get verified and start working today", now they're gonna have to charge you money for you to get verified but you don't have to pay right immediately after your sign up.
I would recommend you actually do some work, make money and then pay to get verified because when you get verified you're going to obviously get more jobs, you're going to get a higher amount of trust on the website.
so you will have to ignore that section for now, next is we're gonna actually click on where it says "browse". Right now that we have our accounts ready click on browse and click on browse projects, so there you're going to see a bunch of projects and the amount you will be paid if you complete the project.
Now you can see in the image above, the person there is going to pay 1000 to 2500 dollars for the project. But for us remember we're simply going to be doing simple things because most of the tasks there need some skills which we don't have, but maybe if you have some other skill like PowerPoint and design skills you can take those projects. But mainly for us we're going to be doing the simplest one that we can actually do with google translate which is actually the translation part.
So go there to the left side scroll down till you see translation of languages and click on that one right there and it's going to actually load up a bunch of translation projects for you.
So you can simply click on one of these projects right there it's going to bring you into where you can put in the amount of money you're going to bid.
If the person is actually giving you $25- $20, what you can do is just put in something like you're going to do it for $25 and then write something like "I'll get the job done fast manually and I'll revise the work till you are completely satisfied with what I'll give". You simply assure them that you're going to give them the best.
And once you're done, simply click on place a bid and your bid is going to be placed. This person is going to see your bid and if the actually feel that what you wrote there is convincing they're gonna buy from you.
So focus on actually writing something that's very very convincing there and that's how you're gonna get yourself making up to $100 per day, because there are a whole lot of projects right there and with google translate you can actually translate anything to anything easily in second.
